Edward Epp

1950 -

Edward Epp was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, where he studied fine art at the University of Saskatchewan, where he earned his MFA. Epp is a celebrated landscape painter who often works plein air, drawing inspiration from the natural worlds around him. Epp’s work has been exhibited at venues across Canada and the United States. His paintings can also be found in the collections of notable institutions such as the Edmonton Art Gallery, the Canada Council Art Bank in Ottawa, the MacKenzie Art Gallery in Regina, and the Mendel Art Gallery in Saskatoon. He is also an art educator and a family counsellor, having obtained a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Northern British Columbia. He currently lives and works in the community of Shawnigan Lake on Vancouver Island.
