Robert Kardosh Gallery is pleased to be participating in Art Toronto 2024. Our presentation, our first as RKG, features contemporary and classic works by Inuit and non-Inuit artists working across a range of media. A special focus within our booth is HOME LAND, comprising a suite of textile works from Qamanittuaq (Baker Lake) representing four generations of makers.
Artists featured: Shuvinai Ashoona, Erin Ggaadimits Ivalu Gingrich, John Kavik, Tobi Kreelak, Megan Kyak-Monteith, Eva Ikinilik Nagyougalik, Sophie Nagyougalik, Ruth Qaullaryuk Nuilaalik, John Pangnark, Jamasee Pitseolak, Parr, Les Ramsay, Annie Taipana, Lucy Tasseor, Jutai Toonoo and Marion Tuu’luq.
Our presentation is dedicated to the memory of Ruth Qaullaryuk Nuilaalik (1932 – 2024).
