April 5, 2012

Drawings by the late Kananginak Pootoogook (1935 – 2010) are among works featured in An Embarassment of Riches: The Collection in Focus, opening May 7 at the Carleton University Art Gallery.

Marking the gallery’s 20th anniversary, An Embarrassment of Riches will present a focused survey of art from the gallery’s multi-faceted collection, looking at recent acquisitions against the backdrop of the gallery’s 20-year collecting history.

Curated by Sandra Dyck and Diana Nemiroff.
