Arviat sculptor Lucy Tasseor is the subject of a major exhibition at the Art Gallery of Ontario. Guest curated by Toronto artist Ed Pien, the exhibition comprises over 40 works drawn from the AGO’s permanent collection. Installed in the Toby and Joey Tannenbaum Sculpture Atrium, the exhibition features examples of Tasseor’s organic stone sculpture from the 1960s through the 1990s. It is the artist’s first solo retrospective in a public institution.
