June 2, 2021

Mark Igloliorte is one of the artists featured in Boarder X, currently on view at the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre in Whistler, BC until October 2021. Curated by Jaimie Isaac for the Winnipeg Art Gallery, the touring exhibition considers the twin processes of decolonization and re-indigenizing within the context of contemporary urban youth culture, with a special focus on skateboarding and surfing.
