Works by Jamasee Pitseolak are featured in the 2017 Canadian Biennial, on view at the National Gallery of Canada until March 18, 2018. Included in the exhibition are Pitseolak’s pair of 2010 dry point prints, The Student and The Day After. Published by MSG Editions, these prints address a troubled part of Canada’s past. Also featured in the exhibition is My Second Grader, the artist’s image in stone of a grader used for maintaining roads in the North.
