Elisapee Ishulutaq featured on CBC Radio

The late Elisapee Ishulutaq is featured in a CBC radio broadcast that aired January 6, 2019. In the radio documentary, the CBC’s David Gutnik interviews Ishulutaq about her life and her experiences growing up as an Inuk in an era of dramatic cultural and social change. Speaking with Ishulutaq through a translator in Montreal at Studio PM, Gutnik observes Ishulutaq at work on some of her most monumental prints. The moving documentary first aired on CBC in June 2014.
